Return, refund / cancelation policy

Goods can be returned up to 7 days after receive for any reason like change of mind - full refund minus of postage cost to customer.

Goods can be returned up to the time of main warranty is valid if mulfunction or hidden damage missed during manufacturing which we reserve the right to resolve the issue up to 30 days without additional charge for replacement products once they been find faulty after the inspection.

Any transaction could be canceled up to 7 days with full refund granted and money will be refunded buck up to 30 days from the day of official cancelation.

Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Please note:

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
